SiteGround is another one. I've heard it's fast and doesn't have much downtime. But some say when it's time to pay again, the price goes up a lot. Is it worth it? Source: 8 months ago
Don't use wordpress.com. Use wordpress.org. Buy a hosting package from siteground.com and you'll have a super easy one-click install without having to pay for a bunch of WordPress features that are actually free. Source: 11 months ago
Red flag #1: There's no reason their domain should be in the To field or mine in the Reply-To field. Red flag #2: The email doesn't come from siteground.com Red flag #3: The From address misspells "postmaster" as "postmassr" Red flag #4: The aggressive tone - they're going to delete my domain in 48 hours? Please. Red flag #5: Weird English. "In the event of non-payment or ignorance." Red flag #6: The link... Source: over 1 year ago

Having used AWS, GCP, Azure and DigitalOcean, one of the strong points of UpCloud (except for their pricing and product offerings) have been their customer interaction. Hands down the best experience I've ever had both from support and sales. I reached out to support 2:15AM in their live chat and got my issues resolved as we spoke. I used a couple of guides (there are many!), one from matrix.org and one frop upcloud.com, they each cover it from different angles. You can read 2 or 3 guides and see which one (or which parts of each one) fit your use case. Source: almost 3 years ago
