I just went through a similar search. Booking Calendar is free and does what you're asking for. Simply Schedule Appointments has a free version but calendar integration is only available in the paid version. I went with SSA, it's just such a beautifully crafted plugin it was more than worth the fee to me. Source: over 2 years ago
