    The Blis platform allows you to geofence foot fall conversions and use custom polygons if you want to. I've done several campaigns using their self serve and it's pretty easy to work with. I'm pretty sure they built it on their own so it wouldn't be using simpli.fi based tech, based out of the UK I believe but they have a NYC office. Source: over 2 years ago
