I am trying to identify companies that, as Warren Buffet advised, have " ... Strong histories of profitability and with a dominant business franchise". I have written a screener in python, that uses SimFin https://simfin.com/ data to find companies that meet my criteria. All news are mostly accurate. I mean, the price is the price, and global events are covered by every major news outlet.
