Everyone seems to like Exclaimer, but my org couldn't justify the cost. I used a service https://signature.email/ to create 2 standard templates, with optional fields so they could customize it. Then we just blasted out the link and had employees create their signature. Signature.email even gives them instructions on how to apply it. Okay - this should be pretty obvious right now, but I still see it all the time. Do not use API keys from your client-side application!. If an API you are working with requires an API key, you should proxy your call through a gateway or some other service, and securely store the key in a secrets manager.
