  • Best website to write a rulebook for ttrpgs
If i’m only doing an ePub, the Sigil ePub Editor (https://sigil-ebook.com/)) has worked well for me (free). Source: about 1 year ago
  • Can someone test this on their Kobo? (Bionic Reading project)
Sigil is the epub creator and editor. https://sigil-ebook.com. Source: about 1 year ago
  • How can I rename my ebook files (ePUB and mobi) so they appear on my eReader interface under that name? And is there a way to delete pages from an ebook on Mac? (Kobo reader)
On Mac, you can use Sigil to edit the metadata, and also remove pages. Source: about 1 year ago
  • EPUB created from Google Docs can't be sent to Kindle
Another option, better, IMHO, is to download Sigil (https://sigil-ebook.com/), and also download and install the epubcheck plugin for Sigil (https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2950625&postcount=1). Then see if Sigil find any issues upon opening your epub, if not, then run the plugin and see if there are any validation issues. • Chapter 02 pg 164
Uhhh so on Comic Fury (the platform that hosts our comic's main site) there's the option to include a transcript, which is intended to just be so you can make your comic's dialogue searchable, if you enable the search function on your comic's site. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Any fan-comic writers?
Heck yeah fan comic artist here! You'll find more of us on ComicFury. I wished there was more of us also on AO3, but it's formatting doesn't really make it easy lol. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Is there a platform for more mature webcomics than Webtoon's?
However, ComicFury is a good site for posting mature comics, I've found. There's a very extensive tagging & filtering system, so the site isn't as worried about little kids coming across mature content accidentally. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • You know of a good community of older comic creators?
I dunno if this is what you're looking for- but a couple of months ago I found this site: Comicfury to host my comics because all the big ones favor scroll and I like page format. There are teenagers there on the forums but the average age of forum participants is 20-40 (with a lot of over/under) and it has a very active forum section. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • To all writers who post fanfics on unconventional websites (sites that aren't AO3, FF.Net, or Wattpad), what's it like, why do you do it, and what site do you post your fics to?
Because my preferred way to tell stories is comics. As much as I love AO3, it's not comic-friendly. Thus my main place to read/post is Comic Fury. Source: almost 2 years ago
