Second https://shovelapp.io/ it takes a bit to set up (like 2-3 hours) but it is very intuitive on how long different types of assignments take and how to plan a schedule based on realistic needs (like sleep and eating). Source: about 2 years ago
I personally use Shovel (https://shovelapp.io/) for my weekly timeboxing and have found it remarkably powerful and superior to to Google Calendar, physical diaries etc. It does cost (monthly or annual payment) but I think it's pretty reasonable given the benefits. Source: over 2 years ago
