    Then I found Shoko and was blown away. I found out that not only could I use it to fix the metadata problem, but I could even get it to organize and rename my entire collection. I spent a lot of time configuring this renaming (even making my own fork of ShokoServer because I didn't like their invalid character replacements) and then, after making sure it worked for a few examples, threw my whole library into it.
