You can just invite ShieldyBot to your group and give it Admin access. That's pretty much it. It's a pretty comprehensive bot. If you're worried about the public infrastructure you can just clone the repo hosted on Github and run it locally on your server. You just have to register it with The Bot Father. It recommends similar terms, too. SEMRush has a free version where you get ~10 queries per day, so you can explore search volume for terms like "test automation software" and drill down from there.
