ShareX [1] is my other "must install" app. I never would have guessed how much my branch of engineering consists of "take a screenshot and draw lines, arrows and circles on it." An other way to know the IP-address is through scanning the network. This is somewhat easy to do but you will need to know the MAC-address if the hostname is not show. You can achieve this with a program like Angry IP Scanner or with a plane old Nmap. Source: over 1 year ago

But if you want a permanent fix listen to everyone else and apply the QOS settings for rate limiting on p2p and torrent downloads.
