Microsoft doesn't have built-in solutions for migrating data between tenants, so you or your consultant will need to use third party tools. The consultant we hired used Quest (https://www.quest.com/migration-manager/) for migrating Exchange data like mailboxes/groups and OneDrive. If you're doing assessments of active directory environments - checkout pingcastle.com. It's an easy to use AD assessment tool. They have a free version that you can run to check the output, if you're doing it to assess other's environments they require you to buy an auditors license. Source: over 1 year ago
