I use it in all my current projects. It's easy to start and very customisable. Love it so much! I improved the speed of development 2x times by using Tailwind.
Based on our record, Tailwind CSS seems to be a lot more popular than Semantic UI. While we know about 868 links to Tailwind CSS, we've tracked only 17 mentions of Semantic UI. Are you cool with JS frameworks? If so, you can use a higher level of abstraction that takes care of the CSS for you. If you just want to mock something up, you can use a pre-built UI system / component framework and just put together UIs declaratively, without having to worry about the underlying CSS or HTML at all. Honestly you should build a webpage and use a UI library if you want markdown with some extra pop. Check out semantic ui. Source: over 1 year ago
A lot of proof-of-concept and MVP projects start out with a number of libraries meant to be temporary. You can use any frontend framework you want — react-based tooling, however, has a natural advantage as it models everything as a function of state, which can map 1:1 with the concept in Burr. In the demo app we use react, react-query, and tailwind, but we’ll be skipping over this largely (it is not central to the purpose of the post). - Source: dev.to / 8 days ago

With better CSS approaches like TailwindCSS and Vanilla Extract (which we're heavily using) it's much easier to maintain the UI and make sure it doesn't change unexpectedly.
