If I was your solutions architect and I didn't know shit about you other than what you've said, I would suggest securiti.ai for the "know what you have" and code42 incyder for the "know when it goes somewhere." I think everyone in the thread knows about "search engines" in Chrome and bookmark keywords in Firefox. The crux of the issue is that there are more than 10,000 bang commands in DDG. Setting up even a popular subset in any given browser is a significant investment.
