In a nutshell, it analyzes and provides optimization tips on web resources with the goal of increasing their search rankings. Niche job boards are pretty good if you're already into that niche. But the problem with most of them is that the supply is either limited by who's willing to pay, or anyone can list and it gets very noisy.
