But the problem with most of them is that the supply is either limited by who's willing to pay, or anyone can list and it gets very noisy. You also need to know who can reasonably pay professional freelance rates. A mentor advised me to refer to the website Growjo. Look the company up. If they're on there, check the company's annual revenue (not per employee revenue, but overall company revenue). You're looking for businesses that bring in $3 million or more per year.
