Many years ago ( about 4-5) there were a couple of posts regarding Sceelix - a 3D procedural engine that works quite well with Unity or standalone. Found a folder on my computer and had a look - it is now open-source over on GitHub. Source: almost 3 years ago
P.S. Only the the character and the walking-and-swinging animation were created with AI (using Masterpiece Studio's beta AI tool), the environment assets are regular models. Definitely still early days, but looking forward to seeing more AI game dev tools in the space. Source: about 1 year ago
