Hey. My friends and I started a server last week, and we used Scalacube.com (at 8 GB Ram). We only have HuskHomes and Graves plugins installed, besides that it's vanilla. The server was running well for the past week, but for the past two days, its been crashing randomly and frequently. The server lags whenever someone teleports (this didn't happen initially). I like Milanote for a lot of writing tasks and use the paid version. In my novel-length works, each character gets a "board," which can be a character profile, reference art, a mood board, etc. Or ALL of those in one.
