There are service like this one. https://saucelabs.com/ is one. There used to be browser plugins to simulate a different browser. But as we found out over time: simulates devices aren't true to the real thing, so often you'll just simply run into problems in the simulated device ce that don't occur on the real device, or vice versa. Their support person claims that this IP doesn't belong to them, and that it is owned by "Sand Dune Mail Ltd".
