  I am trying to figure out how to make sounds similar to the "Keys" section on this soundboard.   I'd start with learning HTML and CSS first, then Javascript after those. There are a lot of free online resources for learning those. For websites, I use jekyll which is a great way to start off because there are a lot of community website templates that you can customize, which is great for beginners and learning.   I'm not sure I understand you correctly, are you looking for a static site generator tool? In which case, none (or very few) of those are SaaS (software-as-a-service), but some of my favorites are Astro, NextJS, and Gatsby. Source: about 2 years ago
