So im mainly a sample based producer and am always looking for more, and I came across Samplefocus, a websites with "royalty free" samples, basically like all the other ones, that are based on people uploading there own samples for others to use. Maybe your best bet is to upload to YouTube as unlisted and use https://annotate.tv … on iOS I use KMPlayer to add markers (boorkmarks) and use those to annotate once back home. Wish there was something better. Source: about 2 years ago
