I am actually Italian and also there healthcare is public, in Germany it's a mix. When out of Europe, one has just to buy an international insurance, most of them cover worldwide, others cover macroregions. I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis and applaud your approach to dealing with it. Although I don't have Oscar insurance, I went to their website (hioscar.com) and under 'Member Resources' there is a 'Find Doctors & Drugs' option. Have you tried using that? Source: over 2 years ago
