If you aren't interested in getting a degree as part of this exchange then your path becomes much more complicated (and probably would take just as long). Barring contacts in said nation who could help setup an interview, you will need to work for a multi-national and then transfer to that country. Do you know of the official SpaceX docking simulator? The layout isn't the same as the actual touch screens but a lot of it is very similar. The astronauts really do use just the touch screen buttons, I've never seen any evidence otherwise - and I've looked whenever I see pics or video of Dragon. Source: over 1 year ago
