Rocket Languages mentions (1)

  • being bullied for not speaking properly
Definitely use Youtube and any audio/listening practices you can find. There are a lot of websites that teach you pronunciation tips, rocketlanguages.com had a good quiz for consonant pronunciations if I remember correctly. Practice is the best teacher. Source: over 1 year ago

Transparent Language mentions (3)

  • Finished Hindi course to Legendary!
For Dutch, I found a great test from transparent.com, but while they claim to offer Hindi classes, they do not apparently have a placement test. I took several other placement tests and they all placed me around the same level, so they all seem pretty well calibrated to each other. This one is the only one that I saw that also offered Hindi, but I am not far along in my Hindi studies so I can't vouch for it:... Source: over 1 year ago
  • What language would you most like to learn Saskatchewan?
I highly recommend giving Transparent Language's Cree lessons. They're extremely well done, and you can use a 14-day trial. It's in the Swampy Cree dialect, and there are loads of other indigenous languages to try (Ojibwe, Nakota, etc.). Source: almost 2 years ago
  • I’m sure this has already been said but I just want to repeat and reinforce the importance of learning Ukrainian (and even Russian) at this time. Learning both alphabet’s letters are easy in my opinion, and using DuoLingo is good:
I used Byki 4 once but it seems to be discontinued. It is now all a website, transparent.com. Source: about 2 years ago
