Getting feedback from clients or team members on websites you’ve implemented is cumbersome.

ReviewLayer integrates with a typical website stack (think GitHub, GitLab, Netlify) and allows your team to leave feedback on websites, e.g. in staging environments or deploy previews.

You can leave the feedback directly on the preview, without going through extra tools. This way, the context of the feedback becomes clear, or is easy to clarify. Everybody always sees the same version. Designers and other stakeholders can approve parts of the changes (it’s no “all or nothing” like with Figma/Slack). Giving and receiving feedback is quicker than recording+watching Loom videos, and definitely faster than Figma+Screenshots.

All in all, ReviewLayer reduces feedback loops by at least 80%, which saves both developers, designers, and other stakeholders like PMs a lot of time.

With reviews typically taking about 1h+ for developers and designers each, the tool pays for itself after the first visual review.

  • What is Userback and how does it work?
Userback is a game changer! It lets me collect feedback from my users in a snap and share it with my dev team so we can fix things faster. It's saved so many headaches from figuring out where to get started by having everything in one location. Check it out here: https://userback.io/. Source: 12 months ago
  • Web designers of reddit, how do you effectively do remote design reviews?
Userback is a good tool for design review & feedback. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Received an Admiral anti-adblock popup despite uBlock Origin installed and annoyance filters enabled
The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site. The other three unblocked URLs are all neccessary for the page to load properly along with many other sites on the internet. Source: over 1 year ago
