  Protect yourself by first pulling your FICO score (go to MyFico and pull your own score, and you can get a coupon from retailmenot.com) and shop around. You can shop around for rates without a hard pull so you know how much car you can afford for the interest rate you would qualify for with that FICO. • cnn.com blocking browser because of uBlockOrigin with a message of "Browser Blocked" and to whitelist EasyList.

  I don't know what EasyList or uBlock are (i.e., I don't use those), but I got blocked by cnn.com as well. Firefox on Mac. Turns out it was the "I don't care about cookies" extension (automatically accept consent requests). Once I disabled that for cnn, it worked again. Source: 7 months ago
