  • pre ordered something months ago. it has never been sent. there is no customer service. they ignore me
    So back in june I pre ordered something off of zavvi.com . They took my money and everything was fine. I had recently had issues with them on another order. They took my money, told me the item was out of stock and would ignore me at every turn. I used resolver.com and got in touch with the parent company thehutgroup .     At that time, I tried to get put through to another person from customer service and the same thing happened again and again.   • Airbnb nightmare
    I've only ever had a positive experience with Air BnB, granted I've only used it elsewhere in Europe and not the UK, but I've found them excellent. Booked a two bedroom flat in Prague which ended up only being a one bedroom with a sofa bed and got 50% refund on return.
