    At that time, I tried to get put through to another person from customer service and the same thing happened again and again.     I've only ever had a positive experience with Air BnB, granted I've only used it elsewhere in Europe and not the UK, but I've found them excellent. Booked a two bedroom flat in Prague which ended up only being a one bedroom with a sofa bed and got 50% refund on return.
