Replay Media Catcher will download most videos on the internet including YouTube Videos. Been using it for years with no issues. Once in a while you might find a YouTube video it won't download for some unknown reason, but not very often. Source: over 2 years ago

Go to nirsoft.net and download a utility named ShellExView. It will show all the registered shell extensions and will let you disable them. Under Options you can choose to hide all Microsoft extensions (which I'd recommend to start), and I would uncheck the 'Show 32-bit Shell Extensions' since it restricts it to only the 32-bit ones.
