People who are specifically looking to sublease generally mean they want to lease for less than a year, but that's not the colloquial meaning. So - you mention two others. What, exactly, are you looking for? A unit to rent? Then there's no need to go specifically seeking out a sublease (which is going to be tricky for 3 people anyway) and just visit rentler.com or see what the search results are yielding. Maybe we can just add a Wiki that lists the job boards showing whether visa sponsorship is available or not to the applicants. That would be very useful for people outside the EU and it will cut down on these questions and document the current companies better. I use relocate.me for example.
