Absoluetly, but 32gb ram would be more balanced for that setup. Btw when rendering animations with a lot of frames you still may mant to check out the possibility of using a renderfarm like sheepit or renderstreet or another of the few out there. Source: about 2 years ago

I used to use Rebus Render. https://rebusfarm.net/ Certainly not the cheapest, but good service and very easy setup. They have a plugin for Cinema4D and it's quite easy. Source: 12 months ago

Look into using a cloud based render that you can charge directly if you're not doing it on a consistent basis. It's not my field of work, so you should ask around -- but I know they exist (https://us.rebusfarm.net/en/ for example). Source: almost 3 years ago
