After many days of searching for a fix and many DISM, sfc, registry, policies, file/folder permission useless fixing I found the right one. Since when does this happen? Have you tried resetting the router? Try https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/run-traceroute-command?view=app against common sites such as Reddit or Google, compare the IP of each hop with https://ipregistry.co/ to see if your connection doesn't go through a direct route.
