  1. My honest thoughts

Characterhub is a neat website, it has good customization. I did enjoy myself using the site. Creating ocs here is absolutely fun. I had a few characters featured and received comments.

However the site does have it's problems. You cannot get your characters seen most of the time. Your character only trends for a small amount of time after recieving 5 likes. Your account will not thrive or see growth unless you have friends. Characters you create will remain at 5 likes or a lower number unless you are popular. The rapid favoritism the users display towards certain users, people are biased over character designs. You will receive the same reactions constantly from users all the time. No matter how many characters you post, the amount of likes remain the same stuck at 5 or a lower number. The site is kind of have issues it usually displays the main page while I'm trying to assess my profile. If you are a oc artist trying to get your characters seen don't think I'll be easy on characterhub because it isn't. The userbase is not very welcoming as they say, no one cares about your creations unless you already have a audience or friends. Characterhub isn't all bad overall.

  2. Moderation and frequent updates are definitely my favorite things!!

  3. Exceptional

Worldbuilding just got to a whole new level with CharacterHub!And the best part - It's super customizable!!! Absolutely in love with it!!

  • free headshots :) (art by me!)
Here’s my RefSheet Feel free to draw any of them. A headshot/Icon like that would probably for for around 20$. But make sure your charging for your time.If your starting coms cheap look up the minimum wage where you live. Ex:15$ Then depending on how much time you spend on a drawing charge that amount. 2.5 hours on a drawing, charge 37 dollars. You can increase or decrease that rate depending on what people will... Is toyhou.se itself a good way to store characters, or is refsheet.net better? Source: over 1 year ago
  • Any good websites/apps with a wiki format I can use to catalogue my OC and their world?
I also know refsheet.net exists, but I don't use it so I have no idea if it has a way to make things private. Source: over 1 year ago

The website I see pop up sometimes meant for this use is https://refsheet.net/. Please note that I have visited user-made pages like three times and that's the sum total of my knowledge, I dunno if they're evil or easy to use or what, just, they are in fact a website that exists to let you make reference sheets so you can stack backstory and character blurbs and info blocks and art all into one page.
