I'm already using Google Keep but there's a physical agenda on the side, then a physical diary, then reflection.app, my work calendar on the work phone that I can't sync on my home computer... Lately I have just been "writing" my thoughts in this journal app I found - reflection.app. Its a place where I can quickly jot down a thought I have before it leaves my head. I do this when I think of something I know I need to fully think about later because it seems VERY important that I continue the thought.
