  NetNewsWire - While there are certainly apps that look better in terms of the UI, this is probably the most you'll be able to get completely free.   One really cool feature that KOReader has for self-hosters though is support for wallabag, which is a "read it later" service that you can self-host. Then you can access your saved articles through its web UI, Android app or KOReader. I highly recommend checking it out if you like reading articles.
