NetNewsWire - While there are certainly apps that look better in terms of the UI, this is probably the most you'll be able to get completely free. Are you looking to post content automatically to social media? If so you can try Jetpack, though the only one it doesn't post to is twitter. Cause Twitter cuts off their api.
