  NetNewsWire - While there are certainly apps that look better in terms of the UI, this is probably the most you'll be able to get completely free.   If it's any consolation, it was top billing on cnn.com yesterday, which is where I first saw it. Entire top left of the screen was the woman's face and a huge headline. Now it's buried in a couple lines below the (digital) fold. Source: 6 months ago

• cnn.com blocking browser because of uBlockOrigin with a message of "Browser Blocked" and to whitelist EasyList.

  I don't know what EasyList or uBlock are (i.e., I don't use those), but I got blocked by cnn.com as well. Firefox on Mac. Turns out it was the "I don't care about cookies" extension (automatically accept consent requests). Once I disabled that for cnn, it worked again. Source: 7 months ago
