NetNewsWire - While there are certainly apps that look better in terms of the UI, this is probably the most you'll be able to get completely free. I also recommend an adblocker like Adblock plus or a privacy browser like Brave to limit the amount they can learn about you when not in Private Mode. Add more gray man to your everyday web use.
