So apparently the site had a little hiccup and my swap got stuck. They said server was overloaded or something like that, but after a couple of hours it was sorted out and i received my funds safely. Got a bit worried, but support team was super helpful.

Seconding rsync and syncthing. The server could expose an smb or nfs share, the client could mount it, and then sync to that mount. Rsync over ssh also works, if you do not want to run smb/nfs. This is also a cool tool https://rclone.org/. - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago

Once you have your Bitcoin use either https://stealthex.io or https://exch.cx to swap your Bitcoin to Zcash or Monero. https://stealthex.io offers Zcash and Monero. https://exch.cx offers Monero.
