Hey all, I am interested in how sites like https://ratemyteachers.com/ or https://govsalaries.com/cat/school-district are able to seemingly scrape data from every public school's database? It seems they have nearly every school in the country, and every teacher as well. How can I build something like this? Is this way too unrealistic for one person to do? Thanks!
