  I setup Raindrop.io [1] to feed into Archivebox, mostly as an overcomplicated way to automatically submit the page to archive.org [2]. Raindrop is nice since it works in browser and as a phone app - so it truly is a single bookmarking tool. I mostly use it for search purposes, bookmarking things I may want to find again in a few years. The confusing thing, though, is that it used to be clear that they had an unlimited membership program (similar to Comixology Unlimited) on their main page, which I thought was their main model for reading, but now I don't seem to see that unless I bring up a comic listing that requires payment to purchase.   Global Comix is probably the closest alternative to Comixology Unlimited and is an entirely subscription model. It started picking up steam after the Comixology mess-up last year, but it still doesn't have many big name publishers involved (Top Cow, Heavy Metal, Humanoids, and Valiant are some of the more well known ones).
