Have you tried Racaty? As far as I know, it's currently unlimited upload/download/storage as long as the file is downloaded at least once every 60 days. Source: almost 2 years ago
Hosters like nitroflare.com, rapidgator.net, drop.download and many others. Some of them play but not all. So far anything that is HOSTER: DIRECT or HOSTER: CACHED always plays.
