I did a little research and then according Mitchell Brown on quora.com, it's stated that the intro of Portal 2 suggests that it takes place far in the future, but many have speculated it takes place around the time of Half Life 2. That would mean between approximately 2020 and 2029, give or take. The Black Mesa incident occurred in the year “200-”, according to canon sources. This means it could have happened at... Whenever I shop at Amazon, I use fakespot.com to check on honesty of reviews and half the time I ended up not buying because the fakespot determine it has high numbers of fake reviews. Source: 12 months ago
An additional friendly reminder about https://fakespot.com. It's an extremely valuable tool that highlights fake Amazon (and other sites) reviews by showing a simple A-F grade next to each product. I do not buy anything from Amazon without it, having purchased absolute junk products that amazingly had 4.9/5 from 3,846 reviews (or whatever) too many times. Source: about 1 year ago
