I use Quickbooks self-employed, which is cheaper than regular Quickbooks. For me it's pretty adequate. I use it for receipts, mileage, and billing. It's a comparable fee if someone pays with a credit card, and no fee if someone pays via ACH. Source: almost 2 years ago

Beyond 2FA, some type of chaumian cash like https://taler.net/en/ might help too. But the problem is really downgrade attacks.
