I found a cool software called organizer in the package manager but it's too simple but definately useful for the future. Digikam does help with seeing photos in the software by year but it doesn't organize the files (or I'm an idiot and couldn't do it, lol) I found a paid software called easy file organizer but I'm not sure if it's capable of what I want to do, the free version has limited functions and I don't... Oh and for the file size: compressing is usually better than resizing. And your image is a PNG which is much bigger in size than a JPG and you barely notice the difference. You can use https://tinyjpg.com/ or any proper image editor for good compression or even in Wonderdraft, you can (for sharing on Reddit) better export it as a JPG and at 80% or so.
