Nice work, gives me very Micro Machines vibes for the NES. The only thing I don't like about PICO-8 is that its completely closed source. An open source alternative that seems very promising is Pyxel. There are services such as 3playmedia.com that can transcribe within 2 hours of upload and deliver a .VTT or other subtitle/caption file (whatever is required for captions in your editing software).
