I've used Rake and Fabric for somewhat similar (but less ambitious) stuff in the past and I'm thinking that Fabric might be a pretty good fit for this task as well, but I'd still like your input. Are there other tools I should look into? All of my teams are remote so I feel you. My favorite tool for this is Figjam but Miro is nearly as good. Everyone connects to a virtual board and puts stickies on the board. The software includes a timer and even voting tools that are easy to use and visual for everyone.
