Many of the biggest bed in a box companies do use a higher quality foam than the brick and mortar brands. You can think what you want about Purple's grid material, but the specs of their mattresses are listed on their website and they do in fact use high quality foam: a 2.0lb support layer and a 1.8lb transition layer on their cheapest model. Sorry to hear this and good on you for posting and reaching out.. There has been some great advice already about counselling and journalling. I would also suggest using a timer app like Medito which is completely free and try to start off with 5 to 10 minutes sessions as many days a week as you can. Source: about 1 year ago
