When I searched online I couldn't find an "industry standard" solution to this problem. What I ended up doing was using the popular tool PurgeCSS along with a quick Python script to generate the appropriate command. What the PurgeCSS tool does is search for all your HTML files, gather all the CSS classes used, and then "purge" all the unused ones from the CSS file. I like your idea, and the end result isnt that bad. I would try to straighten the text and change to colours to the originals that pepsi have and not the washed out ones that you used. I also would suggest that you try to make a realistic mock-up. You can use https://mockups-design.com/ for a free and really good soda can mock-up if you have Photoshop.
