I've seen Copper CRM work quite well for contractors (assuming that your team is using or open to using Google Workspace - if you're not using Google Workspace, I'd probably ask why not? You can set up an automated drip campaign for simple things like this in your CRM; followupboss.com is probably one of the best ones I've used, but you could use most CRMs that have drip campaigns.
