I essentially want to use a Combo of OCR + NER to attempt to identify this, but I'm not sure NER is well suited for this, as it is not natural language, so there is little context to go off of. I was thinking of perhaps using Prodigy, a data annotation tool, to annotate Candidate Names, Races, etc, and perhaps it will be able to learn off of image data alone wheat these fields tend to look like. Using lobe.ai 0.10.1130.5 I successfully trained using my Webcam Logitech C920. The camera turned live, and I could take individual and rapid-snap photos. But after proceeding to 'Use', the camera button does show, but nothing happens when I press it, not does hovering raise a floating menu. What am I doing wrong? Source: about 2 years ago
